PositoAI does not require you to sign up, log in, or provide a mobile number or email address to use the core product — searching companies, viewing scores, and browsing rankings. We built it this way deliberately to keep the product frictionless and to minimize the personal data we handle.
What we collect
- Standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) generated automatically by web server infrastructure, used only for basic security and reliability purposes.
- If you use the Contact form, we store the name, email address, and message you submit, solely to respond to you.
- Anonymous search activity (which companies are searched, not who searched them) is used to power features like the "recently searched" list — this is not tied to any personal identifier.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal data. We do not require registration. We use Google AdSense to show ads, as explained in the Advertising section below; we do not share your Contact form details or any other personal data with advertisers.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to PositoAI and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, as required by law.
Analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit PositoAI and which pages they find useful. It uses cookies to count visits; we see only combined statistics, not who you are. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies & browser storage
Apart from the advertising and analytics cookies described above, PositoAI keeps a few settings only in your own browser (local storage): your light/dark theme choice, your private My Notes, and your Recently Viewed companies. These stay on your device and are never sent to us. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
