How PosiFlag works
- PosiRed (red flags) cover regulatory orders and actions tracked across 7 major markets, bankruptcy or insolvency filings, and delistings.
- PosiYellow (yellow flags) cover promoter share pledges in India (1 to 10 points by how much of the promoter holding is pledged) and, for US companies, insider share pledges, late filings, auditor changes, write-downs, restatements and debt events. Pending mergers and demergers are also shown as yellow flags.
- Score: active red and yellow flags lower a company's Positivity Score. The exact amounts are part of PositoAI's proprietary method and are not published.
- Resolution: a flag stops counting once it is resolved, for example when an order is closed, a pledge is released or a merger is completed. Resolved flags stay in each company's flag history.
- On every company page: the Overview shows active flags, and its flag history page lists every flag, active and resolved.
A flag is a reason to look closer, not a verdict on a company. PositoAI is for research and education only and is not investment advice.
